Coconut Sesame Bliss Balls Coconut Sesame Bliss BallsNovember 2, 2017 in Entertaining, Holiday, Recipes, Snacks, Sweet TreatsShare ThisFacebookPinterestTwitterPrintemail Ingredients 2-3 Tbl sesame seeds 1/4 cup coconut butter 1 Tbl tahini 1 tsp raw honey 1/8 tsp vanilla extract sea salt Directions Tip: If your coconut butter is cold, simply heat the jar up in a hot bath for a few minutes before beginning the recipe. Melted coconut butter is easier to stir and the flavors will meld together more effectively. Line a rack or baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour sesame seeds into a small ramekin. Place the coconut butter, tahini, raw honey (more if you like extra sweetness), vanilla extract, and sea salt into a mixing bowl and thoroughly mix together ingredients until smooth and well-combined. Take about 1-2 tsp (depending on how large you’d like the bites) and gently roll the mixture in-between palms until you achieve a solid rounded ball. Gently roll the ball in the sesame seeds until fully covered. Place the ball on the parchment lined sheet and repeat until the mixture is finished. Place in the freezer for at least 15 minutes to firm up. Remove from freezer when ready to eat.
