No-Bake Maple Bites

Ingredients
  • 1 cup whole rolled oats
  • ½ cup sunflower butter (or peanut/almond butter)
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 Tbl hemp seeds
  • 1 Tbl chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix together until well-combined.
  2. Place dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Removed from fridge and roll into balls.
  3. Store in the refrigerator for 1 week or outside of fridge for 2 days.
