Raspberry Chia Jam

Serves: 2 cups
Ingredients
  • 1 12oz bag frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 1 cup water
  • ⅓ cup chia seeds
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 Tbl raw honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • dash of sea salt
Instructions
  1. Place thawed raspberries in a mixing bowl and mash well. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until well-combined. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
