Coconut Spa Popsicles

Serves: 12 popsicles
  • Ingredients
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 Tbl raw honey
  • Add-ins: cucumber and lemon slices, fresh fruit, mint leaves, kiwi etc.
  1. Add the coconut water, filtered water, lemon, and raw honey to a blender and process for 15 seconds or until well combined. Pour the mixture evenly into each popsicle mold. Add your choice of fruit, veggies, herbs to the filled mold. Place in the freezer for at least 3 hours and remove when ready to eat.
