Honey Mustard
  • ⅓ cup water
  • 3 Tbl cashews, soaked
  • 3 Tbl raw honey
  • 3 Tbl dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbl white wine vinegar
  • pinch of sea salt
  1. In a blender, process the water and cashews until smooth and creamy. Pour the cashew sauce into a mixing bowl and add the raw honey, dijon, white wine vinegar, and sea salt. Whisk until well-combined. Add more honey or dijon if you'd like for your own taste preferences (if you like sweeter or tangier).
