Vegan Sour Cream

Ingredients
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup cashews (soaked if not using a high-speed blender)
  • 1 Tbl apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth and creamy. Keeps in the refrigerator for up to two weeks!
