Vegan Chickpea Salad

Serves: 1 cup
  • 1 15oz can chickpeas (aka garbanzo beans)
  • ⅓ cup Healthy Julie's Vegan Caesar Dressing (link in above paragraph)
  • 2 Tbl celery, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbl iItalian parsely, chopped
  • 1 Tbl dried dill
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. In a mixing bowl, add chickpeas and the Caesar Dressing. With a fork, crush the chickpeas while combining it with the dressing being careful to leave some chunks. Toss in remaining ingredients until well-combined.
