Chocolate Medallions
  • 1 cup Healthy Julie's Chocolate Ganache
  • ¼ cup favorite fruit/nut mixture
  1. Lightly oil and sheet of parchment paper and add about 1 Tbl of ganache in dollops.
  2. Sprinkle your favorite fruit/nuts on top.
  3. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set.
  4. Note: If you'd like a firmer chocolate medallion, make ganache with ¼ cup of cashew milk rather than ¾ cup.
