Chocolate Ganache
  • 1 12oz bag of chocolate chips (at least 60% cacao)
  • 2 Tbl cashews
  • 1 Tbl hemp seeds
  • ¾ cup water
  1. Place chocolate chips in a heated double boiler and allow chips to begin melting.
  2. In a high-speed blender, add the cashews, hemp seeds, and water and process until creamy (about 30 seconds).
  3. Pour in the cashew-hemp milk and whisk until well-combined.
  4. Remove from heat when ganache has formed.
