Berry-Mint Granita Ingredients 2 cups frozen berries 1/2 cup coconut water 2 Tbl raw honey 1/2 lime juiced 6 fresh mint leaves pinch of sea salt Directions In a blender, process all ingredients until well-combined. Pour the mixture into a shallow baking dish and place in the freezer. Every 1/2 hour, gently scrape the mixture for 3-4 hours until a shaved ice consistency is achieved. Chocolate Sunflower Banana “Nice” Cream Ingredients 4 bananas, sliced then frozen 2 Tbl sunflower butter 3 tsp cacao powder (cocoa works too) pinch sea salt optional: 1 Tbl real maple syrup if more sweetness is desired Directions In a food processor, add the frozen banana slices and process until completely creamy. This will take 1-2 minutes as you will need to scape down the sides periodically. Add the remaining ingredients and process 1 more minutes until well-combined. Enjoy immediately! Honeydew Coconut Pops Ingredients 1/2 honeydew melon, peeled and cut into chunks 1 cup coconut water 1-2 Tbl raw honey (for desired sweetness) optional: lime and mint Directions Add all ingredients to a blender and process until well-combined. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze 4-5 hours. To remove popsicles from mold, simply run the mold under warm water and slide out.
